Returns Policy
To report or request a return please use the form provided in the My Account section, telephoning us on 01254 871 007 or by emailing us at orders@fornire.co.uk.
Damaged or defective goods
All goods found to be damaged or defective must be reported within 14 days of receipt by you. If any goods which have a predefined warranty or guarantee associated with them become defective in a way which is covered by the warranty or guarantee you must contact Britesh or a representative of Britesh for advise on the steps to be taken.
Contract cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact our customer service team on 01254 871 007 or by email to orders@fornire.co.uk. Please have your order number and the date the order was placed to hand.
Returns Procedure
We hope that you are totally satisfied with your purchase form Britesh. In the event that you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is in resaleable condition with all orignal packaging present and undamaged and that it is reported to us within seven days of receipt by you and returned to us within fourteen days of receipt to you.
If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to either refuse a refund on the the item or we will deduct up to 20% off the orginal selling price from the refund ammount.
To request/report an unwanted or damaged product please either contact our customer service team on 01254 871 007 or submit our returns form found in the Your Account section. We will then contact you by either telephone or email and provide instructions for returning.
Refunds

We are unable to offer a refund on personalised, customised, made-to-measure or perisheable goods ( such as food, plants, flowers or magazines.) unlesss they are faulty. FOr reasionds of copyright and hygene we cannot except the return of CD, DVD, mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets or pillows.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to card other than the one used to purchase the goods can only be done so if: The original account no longer exists; The orginal account details have expired; the recipient requires a credit.
Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when the product is simply unwanted. We do not charge for returns except for unwanted furniture.
