Purchasing Products
We will take all reasonable care, within our power to do so, to keep details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering form the Website.
Contract of sale
To create a contact between you and Fornire the following steps takes place:
- After choosing your items and logging on you proceed to the end of the checkout process and press the checkout button.
- An order acknowledgment is sent from Fornire to you with all the details of the order. This is not an acceptance of the order from Fornire simply an acknowledgment.
- A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once the item(s) have been packaged and sent from our warehouse.
- The acceptance of the order and the completion of the contract between you and Fornire is completed once the products ordered have been dispatched. However if you have cancelled the order in accordance to our instructions or we have not accepted the order before this stage then the contract will not be completed and the products not dispatched.
Non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:
- Product ordered not being available in stock
- Inability for us to obtain authorization of the product
- Suspicion of a fraudulent order
- The identification of pricing or product description errors
- Terms and condition criteria not being accepted or met by you

Our Products
All goods are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to supply any goods then a notifying email will be sent, if the product is still available to us. we will within our power to do so, dispatch the goods within 30 days of the order. Payments will not be taken until the items are sent. If the product however is no longer available then a full refund will be offered or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent value will be sent.
If a product is not a stock item and requires ordering in to Fornire it will be clearly stated in the product details page. Under these circumstances a notifying email will be sent on placement of order with an estimated time of arrival.
If you purchase the same goods under two or more orders then we cannot guarantee that they will be from the same batch and an exact colour match.
Quality
Please notify us of any defects that are apparent on the first inspection of the goods, such as missing parts or damage within 7 days of delivery and additionally, wherever possible, by describing the defects.
You agree that we may examine and test any goods that are claimed to be defective to establish whether those defects are our responsibility. Where we need to send the goods away for examination and testing, then you will permit us to collect the goods from you for that purpose.
Damaged or defective goods
All goods found to be damaged or defective must be reported within 14 days of receipt by you. If any goods which have a predefined warranty or guarantee associated with them become defective in a way which is covered by the warranty or guarantee you must contact Fornire or a representative of Fornire for advise on the steps to be taken.
Contract cancelation
If products are found to be defective within the time stated above time then the following conditions do not limit your rights.
You are entitled to cancel the contract between Fornire provided: you report the goods within seven days of receipt by you; return the goods within fourteen days of receipt by you; the goods are returned in their original packaging; the goods are returned at your expense to the address specified on the purchase order (Invoice) or as specified on the Order Confirmation that accompanied the goods; the goods are in no worse a condition then when they were supplied to you by us; the goods are not of a type specified, or are supplied in circumstances as being “ non-returnable”. If all these conditions are met we will refund you for the amount you originally paid for the goods within 30 days from the date we received the goods back from you.
Non-returnable goods
In the following circumstances goods shall be treated as being “non-returnable”:where the price of the goods was dependant on fluctuations in the financial market outside of our control; the goods made to specifications stated by you; where the goods by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. perishable goods such as flowers); goods which by their nature for hygienic reasons cannot be resold once returned including Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows, personal grooming products and undergarments, newspapers, periodicals, magazines along with CD,DVD or other recording media if their seal is broken.
Ownership of the goods and risks
You will own the goods once they have been paid for and sent by us to you, and you will therefore be responsible for all risks of whatever nature that arise once the goods have been dispatched in good order by us to you. You are advised to take out adequate insurance cover for such eventualities.
Description of Products
Products purchased are sold subject to their individual Product Description. This state’s any additional Specific Conditions related to that product including, without limitations, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and dates, warranties, after sales service and guarantees.
Fornire takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on this website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website and all information related to the products as up to date as possible, however, information on the website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place the order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with out acceptance of order policy.
